Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Wilson’s Foods. We are committed to supplying top-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable food items
- Opened or used consumable oil products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Health and personal care items
- Hazardous or flammable liquids or materials
3. Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer — all returns must be sent to Wilson’s Foods directly.
4. Partial Refunds
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any opened product that cannot be resold for health or safety reasons
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — refunds may take a few days to appear.
- Next contact your bank as processing times may vary.

7. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
8. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at orders@oliveoil.co.za.
9. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the return. If the gift giver received the order themselves, the refund will be issued to them.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an expensive or fragile item, we recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
